I am not exactly familiar with the Lite, but I have a Model 70 Super Shadow in 22-250. The twist rate is 1:12". I would make an assumption to the similar. It would most likely be 1:12 or 1:14. According to the 2006 Winchester Catalog, the twist rate of Model 70 Coyote Lite or Coyote or most of their 22-250's for that matter is 1 in 14.
According to Linda in the customer service department at Browning Winchester at (800) 945-5237 the 12 Ga models have a 1 in 28 twist rate.
