∙ 14y ago"Twist rate" depends on a particular cartrige the barrel is chambered for. For example: A .30-06 would have a twist rate of one full turn in 10 inches. A .308 would use a twist rate of one full turn in 12 inches.

∙ 14y agoThe Remington Model 66 is chambered for the .22 long rifle cartridge. The most common twist rate for the .22 long rifle is one full turn in sixteen inches (1:16).
