a big difference between a house and a falt is price. usuallly flats are expensive and some time constructed with not very satisfactory material. but on other hand a house is made by yourself and u try to use satisfactory material and made ur own house according to ur desire and construct it in a shape which u have in your mind.

another difference between the flat and a house is size and also location.
