A company is Business organization in structure, where people work for only profits and pay taxes. They will use that money for improving their business and share the profits.

But in an Organization, people of same goals work together to achieve a particular mission. They will also get profits, where they need not pay the taxes. Sharing of profits is not possible here, they will use that profit to improve and achieve their mission.
