Price per square foot for tile installation in Raleigh North Carolina?

Price per square foot is a general term. The quality and service you are receiving will greatly impact this price . Get photos, ask for a portfolio, is water proofing included, is home cleaning included, is there a guarantee? All these factors are price oriented. On average a quality setter won't touch the job for less than 3.oo per square foot , labor only for the install of the tile. This is not including Demolition just setting the tile.

Do you have to drain a pool to replace the tile?

No the pool doesn't "have" to be drained. Are you replacing all the tile or just making a repair? Small repairs can easily be done by lowering the waterline to just below the tile. There are also new methods of cleaning tile to restore it to near it's original look. If you are changing the tile your tile setter will probably drain the water.
