In a confirmed service, there is request, an indication, a response, and a confirm.Whereas in unconfirmed service, there is just a request and an indication.

CONNECT is always a confirmed service beacuse the remote peer must agree to establish connection.Whereas in unconfirmed service, data transfer can either be confirmed or unconfirmed service.
