Okay. I'm going to try to keep this simple because there are volumes written about Diana. I'll start with RWS, they are a division of RUAG AmmoTec GmbH of Germany.
Now for Diana: Diana's real name is Dianawerk GmbH & CO. KG, Mayer & Grammelspacher. The name Diana appears on their rifles and has become synonymous with their guns. Diana has been making air gun since before WWII. During WWII the Nazi's forced Diana to produce Mauser's for the Germans. After the war everything was sold off or destroyed. Milbro of England bought the major machinery and made Milbro air rifles in Scotland some were called Diana. When Diana finally got started up again They started to make rifles for other manufactures. This is where you see RWS and Diana crossovers. Diana also made rifles for Beeman and Winchester. It's not uncommon for air gun manufactures to make models for other companies. The Daisy model 130 is also known as the EL GAMO.
The Dianawerk / RWS target model 100 .177 cal was made between 1989-98. Its a very expensive rifle.
It's the same for most all RWS models. (See the link below)
Yes Diana RWS rifles are still made. See the link below.
What condition is it in. That determines the value.
RWS has been made by several other air gun manufactures. Diana has made several for them over the years. Right now I think it's the Diana RWS 350 Feuerkraft that is rated at 1250 FPS. But if you are looking at power not speed, then the RWS CA-715 fired a .22 cal at 1200 FPS. It look just like a ShinSung Career 707 made in Korea. RWS also had a CA-707 that fired a 9MM pellet.

I believe you are asking about a RWS Diana 45 model. It was manufactured from 1988 to 2000. I found some information on the Links Below. Today UMAREX is the distributor for RWS. I would try to contact them (At the link below) and ask for a manual.
Are you looking for a gun or rifle? ( You said airgun not rifle.) The Diana model 34 has be produced three different times over the years. Here are the years, 1928 -1940, again in 1984 and started production again in 2014. You can also find Diana marketed under the RWS brand. (Diana has a very complicated history). Unmarex air guns imports Diana models currently. I suggest you google Umarex-USA and contact them.
This is just a matter of opinion. In fact Diana has made some of the RWS rifles in the past. Overall both lines of rifles are about the same. If you are going to compare rifles then select a particular model from each manufacture then compare the qualities of each. This is just a matter of opinion. The Lincoln Jeffries air guns were the forerunners of the RWS airguns. They were manufactured from the late 1800's and into the 20's when they became RWS. Today the grandson makes the Marksman brand airgun pellets
This is one of those air guns that was made under several different brand names. This model was also sold by RWS, Diana, Beeman and Hy-Score along with Winchester. I would try contacting Beeman at the link below. I believe that Beeman called it an 815T model and Diana called it a model 5.
RWS Group's population is 400.
