Are you looking for a gun or rifle? ( You said airgun not rifle.) The Diana model 34 has be produced three different times over the years. Here are the years, 1928 -1940, again in 1984 and started production again in 2014. You can also find Diana marketed under the RWS brand. (Diana has a very complicated history). Unmarex air guns imports Diana models currently. I suggest you Google Umarex-USA and contact them.
you can start by searching the web for "Airgun Repair' or see the link below.

Only if the airgun has a scope rail designed into the gun. You will also need an airgun scope not a firearms scope.
The highest velocity of an airgun is that of Evanix AR6 pistol which is 1000 fps.
If you mean to purchase Airgun's and airgun accessories, I think Airgun depot has great prices and fast shipping. Pyramid Air is very good as well I hear.
I do not believe that Diana ever made a model that was in production for 100 years. (1890 - 1990) The Diana Jahre is the model 34. The original model 34 was made between 1928 to 1940. Then in 1984 Diana made a new model 34, the Jahre, This model is known as the model 34/34BC/34C/34N. I Believe all these models are discontinued now. I am not able to answer you about the value with knowing the condition of the rifle. It could be junk or one in excellent condition. Without more information it is not possible to answer you. YOU need to give it some sort of rating like POOR, FAIR, GOOD, VERY GOOD or EXCELLENT condition. Then I can give an estimate of value.
