∙ 9y agoPeople tend to only post noteworthy events on their social profile, judging them by what they post on social media would most times make you think an otherwise stable and trustworthy person was prone to mood swings, dangerous or irrational behavior, or is overly emotional. You might see poor communication skills, discriminatory posts or shares, drinking, drugs, or overall unprofessional appearance if that was all you used. While Social media may be an insight into a persons behavior, it is only representative of the extreme lows and highs in many peoples lives, you would need to compare the social profile to the rest of an individuals digital footprint to even begin to get a clear picture, but even then it can't compare to a face to face meeting.
