If you are looking for ways to store large amounts of weed/herb/etc. and want to keep the smell to a minimum.. Use storage bags
"Skunk Bags" are AMAZING you can fit atleast 5 pounds easy 20"x24" Large ZIPPER Bags!! 4 Mil xtra thick!! check em out. Also if you plan on storing weed for a while "burping" the bag or Jar ( open and shift weed around, keeps it from loosing its smell.
The best way to keep it fresh is to put it into a sealed plastic bag (like a Ziploc bag), and put the bag into an empty jam jar with the lid screwed on tight. Marijuana can lose its potency after awhile, so if you do not plan on smoking it for a long time -- a year or two -- then you might want to keep the jar of weed in the freezer.
