To load a Daisy 99 BB rifle, first, ensure the safety is in the "on" position. Open the lever located on the side to access the BB reservoir, then pour in the BBs until full, ensuring not to overfill. Close the lever securely, then cock the rifle by pulling the lever back until it clicks into place, making it ready to fire. Always remember to follow safety precautions while handling the rifle.
