If you are fairly weak and weigh from 70-90 pounds your fine don't lose weight, if you weight less lose weight. Wow. You do NOT need to lose weight. Im 12 years old and 111 pounds. 5'4. I run 2 miles a week. 76 pounds is not healthy at all. There is no need to lose weight. Just live healthy and youll be happy :D good luck
