Nothing interesting. If you mean THC oil, or concentrate, then you are wasting it, cause oral THC, if not mixed with fat, has practically no effect. THC oil is only called so because of its appearance and has no actual fat.
If you mean hemp seed oil, you'll get many nutrients and other good stuff, but probably not the best taste.
