usually the first thing that happens during puberty is you start seeing blood coming out of the vagina.This is called your period,it comes every 28-32 days and usually ends after 7 or 8 days.You can predict your next period by feeling slightly upset in the lower stomach area and you will start to see brown stuff coming out of the vagina,this happens right before the blood starts coming and you should will use pads or tampons during a period.And yes,periods hurt.You get headaches and stomach aches and it feels weird when blood gushes out.

Then you start to gain weight.The average girl gains 15-20 pounds during puberty.But this will weight will go away on its own as you grow.It would be impossible to grow any without gaining some weight during puberty.You gain weight because your body is taking on its adult form and after puberty is done your fat will be proportioned in different parts of the body.Most girls gain weight in the upper thighs,hips,and stomach.

Body odor starts to increase during puberty.This is where pimples come so often.Since you sweat so much during puberty your pores get clogged up which forms pimples.But luckily there are skin care products for this at your local stores.And for body odor you can use deodorant

Then breast development starts.You will need to wear a bra.You may feel tingly feelings or a little pain,but not much,during this stage.After your breasts have fully developed then these feelings will go away.

You will also notice at times that you never ever ever feel full no matter how much you eat,therefore you may notice to be abnormal.But its not abnormal. You are simply going through a growth spurt.During this growth spurt for that year you may grow 3 to 5 inches.

At times you will feel sad,mad,confused,or happy but not know why.This is because your hormones are taking a dramatic change for adult hood.This is not uncommon.

You also with start to see hair in the vagidal area.This is normal too.But don't feel selfconcious every girl,and boy,gets this.

You will also see underarm hair.Again this is normal,everyone gets it!Except boys don't shave theirs,but most girls do.

You will also grow leg hair.You can shave this too.
