I wouldn't fret too much. I am sure you can do more harm to your unborn child by to much stress. As long as you have quit now you have done your best to protect your baby and yourself. If your that concerned about it just make sure you make an appointment with an obgyn and ask the doctor. To make sure your baby is healthy and stays healthy you need to have regular pregnancy appointments anyway.
