First of all you have to buy a star potion and feed it to one of you large fishes. It will become a bright yellow and instead of giving coins it gives stars which feed your starcatcher. When the starcatcher gets a star it will turn it into a diamond which worth a lot of money.
First and foremost, you must have the starcatcher. Then, you must buy the "Star Potion" and feed it to a hungry, large, fish. It will then magically turn yellow! And it even poops out stars, how wonderful. When the starcatcher catcher the pooped out star, it will spit out a diamond. And dont forget that the diamonds are worth a lot so you probably should catch it quickly.
