Well i believe that if a guy looks at you in a crowd, stares for quite a long time while he was entering the room that he may like you. Did he say that he didn't like you? He could have been spaced out and was just thinking to himself which a lot of guys would do, they SPACE OUT sometimes not knowing who exactly he was looking at just trying to get to class. There could be many reasons or OTHER things he was or has been focusing on. Though YOU as a person would have to ask him himself as it comes to the conclusion by others such as myself, YES he may like you and there may be something more he feels between you guys. Maybe he thinks or KNOWS you like him and wants a confession either from you or him. Which i think you do like him otherwise you wouldn't have asked this question, wouldn't you.
