Well i believe that if a guy looks at you in a crowd, stares for quite a long time while he was entering the room that he may like you. Did he say that he didn't like you? Well if that's the case he would stare at you because maybe something came in his mind , had something to tell you though forgot or didn't feel like it. or dislikes you ( Hate you ) Which there shouldn't be any reason to hate someone though that could be a reason why he was staring at you probably found you " disgusting or ugly " or etc just the little mean thoughts that could have been running through his head perhaps. Though YOU as a person would have to ask him himself as it comes to the conclusion by others such as myself, YES he may like you and there may be something more he feels between you guys.
