If you are friends or perhaps you just enjoy each others company some women have a nurturing side to them and may like to cook and most men love to eat, so she either really likes you and wants to continue on with a relationship or she is just doing something nice for you.

Reason 1: You look hungry and she pities you.
Reason 2: She likes you.
Reason 3: She did something to the food and thought it would be funny to give it to you.
Reason 4: She wasn't hungry or just didn't want the food.
