It could mean a couple of things. He has an obsession with this body part or he is an artist who needs to look more to portray that to the canvas. It certainly shows that the rest of body, if he gets to do with that body part what he wants, if anything,....that he is not interested in the rest. Go get a delicious cheeseburger and enjoy that in place of whatever else you had in mind to do after your staring produces results or doesn't. Your safer and smarter to take on cheeseburger.

How do you get your waist smaller?

Do exercises that target the hips. Side leg raises, hip raises and squat kicks should all be part of a hip-enhancing exercise regimen. The mac-daddy of hip-widening exercises may be the side lunge with dumbbells. This is a beefed-up version of a traditional lunge that allows for more resistance, and therefore, more potential muscle growth and hip width.

Where does sagging come from?

wearing ones pants around the hips so that they sag down and bunch up around the ankles. Originally, this was a prison thing that signified that you were another prisoner's property. Punks were forced to wear their pants this way so it would be easier for their masters to pull their pants down and rape them. Somehow this became a 1990's fashion trend. I learned this from watching a TV special on prison life. The inmate who related the story was an elderly black gentleman who had been sentenced to life in prison and had been there for over fifty years. He marveled how such a mark of shame became a fashion statement. He said that younger inmates don't believe him when he tells them but swears it's the truth. I believed him. I also think they should let him out already, he's like 80 and I don't think he represents a threat to society.

Technological and scientific advances to allow us to better study space?

Throughout the years, many scientific advances have been made in space. These advances have saved lives and made difficult tasks simpler. Adjustable smoke detectors, ultrasound scanners and firefighter breathing systems are just a few of the quite useful inventions using space technology. There are many benefits of these scientific advances. Adjustable smoke detectors benefit humans in many ways. They were invented by Skylab, the first American space station. The scientists at Skylab wanted to be notified if any harmful chemicals were loose in the building. They teamed up with Honeywell to create the first adjustable smoke detector. Smoke detectors save many lives each year. Homes with smoke detectors have a death rate of 40-50% less than homes unequipped. The homes with smoke detectors benefit greatly. The adjustable smoke detector is one of the most efficient scientific advances. The ultrasound scanner is one of the most important advances in modern technology. It was invented in 1961 by Ian Donald. An ultrasound uses sound waves to create a picture of the body. A microphone is passed over the patient's body. The sound waves reflect off of the organs and are picked up again by the microphone. The microphone is connected to a computer which turns the reflected sound into a picture. Ultrasounds can help detect kidney stones and tumours. By knowing about the presence of a tumour, doctors can remove it. The ultrasound scanner saves many lives. Firefighter breathing systems are another excellent example of an important scientific advance. In the 1970's, NASA began working to improve the breathing systems. They weighed about 60 lbs, and had hardly changed since the 1940's. The Johnson's space and flight center conducted a four year program to improve the breathing systems. The program involved technology from space suits used in space. The new system now weighs under 20 lbs, and is strapped onto the firefighter so that it applies pressure to the hips, and not the shoulders. The new breathing system rapidly spread across the country and reduced the amount of injuries caused by smoke and fumes drastically. The new breathing system has helped firefighters save many lives. What does it mean when your pupils dialate?

Ahhhh Body language. One of my favorite things to study. If someone's pupils dialate, it doesn't necisarrily mean that they like the person they are talking to, although it couldmean this.Of course, someone's pupils dialate when they are on drugs, when it's dark, when they have a concussion, or when they go to a glasses doctor. Before you judge someone's body language, keep those in mind.Another commonly cited reason the pupils dilate is in response to excitement or sexual arousal. When a person sees something or someone he finds very attractive, his eyes may dilate.A good way to tell if someone likes you, is to study other aspects of their body language, not just their eyes. For example:Pay attention to how close someone is to you. The closer they are, the warmer they are thinking of you. The farther away that someone is, the less they actually care of the situation or person. If you move slightly closer to them, do they move slightly further away? That means they don't want your interaction to be any more personal than it already is. If they don't move further away, then they are receptive. And if they respond by getting even closer to you, they probably really like you or are very comfortable around/by you.Watch their head position.Overly tilted heads are either a potential sign of sympathy, or if a person smiles while tilting their head, they are being playful and maybe even flirting.Lowered heads indicate a reason to hide something. Take note if someone lowers their head. If it is when he is complimented, he may be shy, ashamed, timid, keeping distance from the other person, in disbelief, or thinking to himself or herself. If it is after an explanation, then he may be unsure if what he said was correct. It should be noted that some cultures see this as a sign of respect.Cocked heads mean that they are confused or challenging you, depending on eye, eyebrow, and mouth gestures. Think of how a dog slightly cocks its head when you make a funny noise.http://wiki.answers.com/Look-People-in-the-Eye.People who look to the sides a lot are nervous, lying, or distracted. However, if a person looks away from the speaker, it very well could be a comfort display or indicate submissiveness. Looking askance generally means the person is distrustful or unconvinced. If someone looks down at the floor a lot, they are probably shy or timid. Some cultures believe that looking at someone in the eyes is a sign of disrespect, so this could explain why someone is avoiding eye contact with you.http://wiki.answers.com/Dilate-or-Shrink-Your-Pupils-on-Commandmean that the person is interested. Keep in mind, however, that many drugs cause pupils to dilate, including alcohol, cocaine, amphetamines, MDMA, LSD and others. Don't mistake having a few drinks for attraction. Also, some people have permanently dilated pupils (a condition known as mydriasis). If their eyes seem far away, that usually indicates that a person is in deep thought or not listening.See if they're mirroring you. Mirroring is another common gesture. If someone mirrors, or mimics your appearance, this is a very genuine sign that they are interested in you and trying to http://wiki.answers.com/Build-Rapportwith you. Try changing your body position here and there. If you find that they change theirs similarly, they are mirroring.Check their arms.People with crossed arms are closing themselves to social influence. Though some people just cross their arms as a habit, it may indicate that the person is (slightly) reserved, uncomfortable with their appearance, or just trying to hide something on their shirt. If their arms are crossed while their feet are shoulder width or wider apart, this is a position of toughness or authority. If someone rests their arms behind their neck or head, they are open to what is being discussed or just http://wiki.answers.com/Be-Laid-Backin general. If their hands are on their hips, they might be waiting or impatient. If their hands are closed or clenched, they may be irritated, angry, or nervous.Be aware of nervous gestures:If someone brushes their hair back with their fingers, this may be preening, a common gesture if the person likes you, or their thoughts about something conflict with yours. They might not voice this. If you see raised eyebrows during this time, you can be pretty sure that they disagree with you.If the person wears glasses, and is constantly pushing them up onto their nose again, with a slight frown, that may also indicate they disagree with what you are saying. Look to make sure they push up their glasses with an intent, not casually adjusting them. Look for pushing on the rim with two fingers, or an extra motion of wiggling the side of their glasses. The frown or raised eyebrows should tip you off.Lowered eyebrows and squinted eyes illustrate an attempt at understanding what is being said or going on. It's usually skeptical. This is presuming they are not trying to observe something that's far away.Watch their feet:A fast tapping, shifting of weight, laughing, or movement of the foot will most often mean that the person is impatient, excited, nervous, scared, or intimidated. Note though that some people with ADHD will constantly jiggle their legs. It doesn't mean anything, it's entirely subconscious and, while eccentric, it can't be stopped. If the person is sitting, feet crossed at the ankles means they're generally at ease.If while standing, a person seems to always keep their feet very close together, it probably means they are trying to be "proper" in some way.If they purposely touch their feet to yours, they are http://wiki.answers.com/Flirt!Some people may point their feet to the direction of their interest. So if it's pointing at you, he/she may be interested in you.

How many stars are in the Big Dipper?

There are seven stars in the Big Dipper: Dubhe, Merak, Phad, Megrez, Alioth, Mizar, and Alkaid.Dubhe and Merak, the stars on the outer side of the Big Dipper's basin, are sometimes called The Pointers because they point toward Polaris, also known as the North Star. On their own, the seven stars of the Big Dipper form an asterism (a relatively small pattern of stars), not a constellation. However, they're also part of Ursa Major, a true constellation, forming the bear's hips and tail.
