What does it feel like to have sore breasts when you are pregnant?

At the beginning of my preganancies, I noticed that the breasts felt very tender (painful) all over to the touch, and they were swollen at the same time.

No. Just because your breasts are sore doesn't mean that you are pregnant. When you get your period, your breasts tend to get sore too. Sore breasts aren't the only sign of pregnancy.
