That very much depends on which stage of pregnancy you are in! At the beginning - before you have even confirmed that you are pregnant - you may feel like you are getting your period - bloated, for example. You may also begin to experience morning sickness, which can actually happen at any point of the day (or all day).

The first trimester can be tough - constant nausea, loss of appetite, bloatedness, constipation, muscle or Back pain. The second is a lot easier as far as appetite goes, although you may feel back pain, sciatica, etc. It may also get harder to sleep.

Third trimester, muscle and back pain can worsen as your load is heavier. You may also feel fatigued. Not to mention - wanting to get that baby out of you already!
