What does a tattoo of a dandelion with birds mean?

Its different meaning for every person. I have this tattoo on my hip and the birds and such are warped around my side. I chose the dandelion because Little kids think that they grant there wishes, My tattoo has a brake in the stem in that brake are the initials NCJ. My friend who passed my Freshmen year in high-school. Then the Birds i chose because my grandfather Likes to watch them. Make bird houses and he also passed. So the tattoo for me means " when you are young live with no chains. When you get older let nothing hold you back. We wish for everything and get nothing bc of the things that hold us back. So when the seeds turn into birds its reminding me to live freely and if i dont like where im at or who im with, nothing is chaining me to them
