Of course you are special. After all, he's married, will probably stay married, but expects you to be there when he wants you to be and is probably enjoying or going to enjoy a sexual relationship with you. Women with dignity don't have anything to do with a married man (lots of single guys out there) and if anything, women should have the guts to protect other women. How would you like it if you were married and someone you loved was having or going to have an affair with another woman? I don't think you would like it.
he just thinks you're the best thing that ever happened to him, and you make him feel alive for the first time in years, and his wife is not understanding of his needs, but he can't promise you a future with him.
