it is not a balanced diet because it is not healthy for you at all. i know that it is hard to believe but chocolate isn't healthy for you!!! just brace with me!!!

A balanced diet is a cookie in each hand. Seriously though, you already know what's good for you and what isn't. Example- Fresh Fruit & Veg = good for you. Lollies and soft drinks = bad for you.
Health should be your goal, not wieght. When you are eating a well balanced diet and excersizing regularly you will be at your ideal weight. A well balanced diet does not include diet foods, diet foods are not well balanced as far as nutrition goes.
