First, you need to understand that when a guy says "we need to talk" that they truly have something to say. Men do not ramble on about random comments and generally don't appreciate it when women do. You should respond by making sure that you can be attentive to the entire conversation (this means NO calls, texts, emails etc.), do not overreact to the content of the conversation, or for that matter, underreact. Be genuine in your response to whatever the conversation content is about. Remember, men were designed to a women's hero, to be a leader and to ultimately be respected.
