Take two the next day.
Do not take two. Just take one. Exceeding the limit per day is very harmful and the limit is one pill a day.

If you have been on the pill for a while, then took the pill after you missed it you should be fine but you should go to the doctor and get a blood test to check your hormone levels for pregnancy just in case.

Hello, If you have just starting BC pills and have missed the first pill in your pack then you have nothing to worry about. But please use protection for the first 4 weeks as you'll be at risk of pregnancy. However if you've missed the first pill of a new pack and you've been on BC pills for a while, then you will need to use a condom for 2 weeks to prevent pregnancy. Continue taking your pills as normal. Please note this is advice only and should not be used in place of that of a medical experts.
