You take off both grips. The C02 nozzle faces up into the gun. Tighten it as tight as you can and make sure you tighten it as tight as you can. I also recommend you use pellgunoil it increases the maximum FPS and keep the seal nice and tight. If you use the pellgunoil it will keep your airgun working like new for as long as you can keep it. Never Never use any commercial oil on an airgun. Oil will ruin the seals.
