Titan brand .25 caliber handguns were made by Tanfoglio, an Italian gunmaker. They use proprietary magazines. Some other .25 caliber magazines from similar handguns may fit, but there is no recognized interchange and no guarantee that a mag that fits will feed correctly.
Your best bet is to look for a Titan/Tanfoglio mag at a gun show or a used gun parts dealer like Numrich.

You take it to a trained gunsmith for evaluation and repair.
It would help if you gave the make, caliber, and condition of the pistol when you asked this question. Without that it all guess work.
Carter's Cuff Clips Hemlock Clips work great
Yes, it will work, but depending on when your pistol was made is the more important question. 380 + P loads are higher pressure high velocity loads for modern firearms only. Some newer pistols are made for + P loads, some are not. It will usually tell you in the owners manual. Do not fire + P loads in older pistols!!

The only way to know is to try with you specific weapon. Some will, some won't.
The Longshot clips work in the recon also. you can get the longshot clips at a target or toys R US
Semi auto air guns are driven by C02 gas. when the trigger is pulled some of the C02 not only fires the projectile but drives gears that get the next pellet or bb in line to fire the next projectile.
Not much information to work on, but Smith & Wesson made the Military & Police revolver for many years, and now make an auto pistol using that designation.
