The C-11 shoots .177 Caliber BB's not pellets
There have been several semi auto .177 cal air pistols made. The most famous is the Walther PPk/s BB pistol. Not that many were made in .22 cal. But Daisy did make a model 622X back in 2004. It was a .22 and fired 6 shots. Hence the name 622. today there are two American air gun companies, not that well known, that make semi or full auto air guns. (More like machine guns) that fire .22 cal pellets. GMG and Air-ordnance. See the links below. I would not be surprised to see another .22 caliber semi pistol made due to the advances in air gun technology.

Can't be answered. It's like asking "I have a 4 door car and it says Bel Air, what is it, who made it and what is it worth. What engine does it have?"

A piston is pushed by a spring, compressing air ahead of the piston. The air blows he BB or pellet out of the barrel.
It's always best to have some sort of stopping device when shooting an air pistol. A box full of newspaper will usually work fine.
A Semi Automatic Airsoft gun is usually a Gas or Electric powered gun that you cock once when first shooting; then each time you pull the trigger the gun shoots off 1 shot. This is not the same thing as a Full Automatic Airsoft Gun, where you can hold down the trigger and the gun will shoot off multiple shots.
