each person is different personaly when i need a smoke my lungs get sore and weazy, often times i feel that i cant breath. quiting people say is easy let me tell u that its not. ive only been smoking about a year or so and i find it hard and normally i have a very strong will to do stuff. my suggestion to quit is do what i do ween urself of the smokes. (i was up to about a pack a day. for 2 weeks or so i forced myself to 3/4 a day than 1/2 for 2 weeks now i down to a 1/4) the last step is the hardest but it can b done if u have the will, althought it is hard.
There are following side effects of smoking:-
1.The carcinogen present in cigarette cause lungs cancer and many lung disorders.
2.It causes eye irritation.
3.It cause serious health problems like Asthma and suffocation
