if the dogs titties get big but aren't filling with anything or at least that's what i noticed when my dog was having a fantasy pregnancy.
it all depends. with my dog, we could not even see signs pf pregnancy let alone feel the puppies until close to birth date. give it another week or so:)
It is not possible to get pregnancy from the dog to human female. Chromosomes do not allow such pregnancy to take place.
Spaying is the procedure. If the female is in the early stages of pregnancy or is simply suspected to be pregnant, then it's an emergency spay.

No thereis no such thing as a pregnancy test for dogs that you can buy, and no a human pregnancy test will not work

She'll be fine.
Maybe 24 hours.
well even if your dog has mated it could be a phantom pregnancy this shows most of the signs of a real dog pregnancy, large belly bloated teets and mothering behavior. This is not a problem but if this goes on for a very long time you should get them checked out by the vet x
The average length of a Dog's pregnancy, regardless of breed, is between 63 and 65 days. If your Dog reaches the 69th day of its pregnancy without showing signs of labour, you should take it to a vet who may need to induce labour or give your Dog a caesarian.
There is no set rule about what your dog should look like 35 days into pregnancy. It depends on the individual dog, how many puppies she is carrying, and her breed. Typically she will look a bit heavier than normal, and she may be showing signs of beginning to make milk for the puppies.

No, there is no shot you can give a dog to abort their pregnancy.

No, a dog's stomach does not get smaller after a false pregnancy. It remains the same.
Sadly, yes. Especially if the disease isn't treated then it definitely can kill your dog. So if your dog has any signs of having lungworm, get your dog treated anyway just to be on the safe side and before things get worse. I hope everything works out for you and your dog.
