However it damages the lungs, but other then that its perfectly fine to use at the most 2 times a month. == == If you are and occasional smoker your mind and body wont suffer any damage. However if you smoke everyday you may suffer some short term memory loss. personaly i smoke on a daily and my short term memory is pretty bad
