The research in "inconclusive" but there is nothing directly tying pot to any kind of birth birth problems and there is NOTHING in the literature about pot causing birth defects. The only negative component is the smoke. The smoke can prevent some oxygen from getting to the fetus. Using it in food for nausea seems to be the best bet. One does not need much to reap the medical benefits. Most of the research seems to say that a pregnant woman would only need a puff or two. To be on the safe side, one may choose not to have any marijuana. Anyone who feels like I am lying or making this up, read the research.
