By what I have read in Arizona law, you have to be 14 to get a lip or eyebrow pierced with your parents consent. (I have a 13-year-old daughter bugging me to get her belly button done). By what I can gather, they have to show up with your birth certificate in hand to prove your age. Otherwise it is a Class 1 misdemeanor or a Class 6 Felony (I guess at the cop's discretion) as to what your parents will be charged with if you are younger than that?
There is no specific age to get anything pierced with parental consent...but make sure that it's your parents giving the consent and not someone else.
Sixteen.
no you have to be 16 with and without parental consent
There is No specific Age as long as you have Parental consent, you'll be fine (:
Doesn't matter where you need parental consent.
yes ofcourse
16 with parental consent, 18 without
unfortunately not. you have to have parental consent or wait until you're 18.
All non-genital piercings have a legal age of sixteen in the UK, although you can be pierced from any age with parental consent. Genital piercings require you to be 18, however, regardless of parental consent.
Other than a friends bedroom…I would say nowhere. Unless you have parental consent. If you wait until you are 18, then you can get it done without parental consent.
In most places in the United States, you need parental consent until age eighteen.
You must be 18 or emancipated to have it pierced without parental consent.
