This is a wild guess: Mossberg, Marlin, Savage, Stevens & Hi Standard all made Shotguns for Western Auto. None had a Number of 888 but there was a 330 that was a Mossberg Model 183K. It was a Bolt action Shotgun. In poor condition it is worth $25. Good=$50 and EX:=$90 AGAIN this is a Guess: Hope this helps

Bolt action .410? Your SHOTGUN (not a rifle) was made by Mossberg as a Model 183 for the Western Auto Company, using their Revelation brand name. Values are not high- $75-$150, depending on condition. Despite the price tag, these were durable, well made shotguns, and were the first shotgun for a lot of youngsters, a tool for the farmer, etc.
Springfield
The Western Field shotgun was sold by Montgomery Ward and made by Mossberg. Made around 1964. I inherited one that is in mint condition and still fires. It is a 410 single barrel 150c shotgun.
