Ears, lip, and nose are fine in moderation. I say no for navel rings and tongue rings. Tongue rings can cause permanent damage and its super important that the child understands that. Navel rings are a bad idea because the body is still growing and the piercing can migrate over time. Its best to just get it after you stop growing for the most part.
