No. At 11 years old, you are simply too young to understand or deal with the emotions and feelings you may have. Also, 11 is just too young to kiss - period. You need to wait at least a couple of years before your first kiss when it will be much more special. But even then (at 13), you are still not ready for anything more than just a quick kiss. And this goes for both boys and girls.

Depends on what type of parents u have.....if u have strict then no but, if u have easy going still maybe because thats sorta young.
