I believe that if the people are mature enough and care enough about each other that they should be allowed to be together and shouldn’t be forced to break up or told to “wait until they are older” because relationships don’t work like that and teenagers can’t wait around forever. I don’t see a problem with a 2 year age gap, because when you’re in your twenties, thirties etc. A two year age gap means nothing and effects no-one. I understand that 15 and 13 could be on different maturity levels depending on the people, but I think that if they genuinely love each other and have a really good relationship (and that there is no sexual intercourse etc.) it’s perfectly fine. I think that people/ parents should also consider that before they immediately judge their child’s partner by their age or the couple for their age gap. (I mean when it’s a small age gap! 1-2years) This is my personal opinion, I don’t expect everyone to agree with me but I’ll stand by what I’ve said, I believe a fifteen year old should be allowed date a thirteen year old. Because their happiness shouldn’t always be a parents or somebody elses decision.
