all I know is that you have to be 18 to drive people in Hawaii, idk any more.
yes only if they would drive responsibly
If you live in the United States, people who have a drivers license and above the age of 16 may drive.
no because there very slow and crazy
Cuz they smarter than older people
First we need to define "Kids". To me this means Pre-Teen or 12 and under. Persons of this age should not be allowed to operate Automobiles on public roads at any time for any reason. Drive Go carts or other toys, yes under adult supervision.
Personally i don't think so but, People 12 or over should be allowed to play violent games if their mature enough. This is my opinion just to say ok.
You can not be 14 and under you should probably be 15 to drive with a parent and to drive by your selve you should be 16 or 17😄
It's best to drive only the vehicles your parents are insured under.
If you live in the states absolutely not! Were you ever legally allowed to drive before you had your license?
When a RR employee signals you to do so.
According to the US Census, in 2006 24.6% of the US population was under 18. Since most of these people do not drive, the percent of people who drive must be lower than 75%. Assuming 17% of people under 18 drive, the percentage of people who drive a car in the US is 61%.
