Poor old you! It is horrible, I know.
You don't say how far along you are, but take comfort for the fact that for most women it stops by 16 weeks. For some, at 12 weeks. I know that can seem a long time if you are being sick all the time and it's early on.
However far along you are, take lots of little drinks of water, even if it comes back up again, so you don't get dehydrated, which will make you feel worse. Some will get through! Also, the baby needs you to drink fluids, though will thrive even if you are not eating much. Suck ice cubes if water is unbearable.
Try and eat whatever you can face, in small amounts, and try and eat, as it can help.
Get up slowly, try and eat something first (I'm sure everyone is telling you about that).
Some women swear by milkshakes; some of those, have vitamins in too, which is good. Some swear by soft fizzy drinks, especially ginger beer. I found flat coke to be helpful.
Some women say vitamin B6 helps.
Let the doctor know if it doesn't get better soon. Rest as much as you can.
Wish you better soon. That baby will make it worth it, I promise!
