Last period was on June 2. My cycle is of 30-34 days. I decided to take a test on 13 but it was neg I repeated the test on the 1516 positive. Beta count done on 18 I am pregnant 2-3 weeks. normal?

Yes. If you feel that you could be pregnant you should take a home pregnancy test. I recommend buying a brand that gives you more than one test.
