Yes there is cheats for dogz 5. Here are some:
To see if your do is in love w/ another one, do this. While one of them is sleeping, pick up the other dog that you want them to be in love w/ and if they love each other the sleeping dog should wake up.
If you are waiting for your dog to have puppies, do this. Make sure your dogs are adults and make them fall in love. Exit out of Dogz 5 and then go down to your clock on your computer and set it maybe 1 week later. Then open up dogs again and your dog should be in the nursery.
And that CLEARLY shows you that there are cheats for dogz 5.

If you want to make catz and dogz play together, you have to have both Dogz 5 and Catz 5 (or Petz 5). then you just choose a cat and a dog and bring them out. Catz and dogz cannot breed.

You can play minigames get stuff for your pets/petz and if you buy Catz 5 (which is sort of the same as Dogz 5 except they're cats), your dogz and your catz can play together in playscenes.
