No this year im in7th grade and im date a 9th grader
Well where I live a 6th grader is in elementary school and an 8th grader is in Junior high school, later this year they would be in 7th grade and 9th grade so they would both be in Junior high school. but even then, what happens when the older person goes to Senior High school (10-12th grade) and the younger person is still in Junior high school? First of all Im around these ages myself, and honestly I highly doubt you can have a long lasting relationship at this age, and a 6th grader shouldnβt even be thinking about dating. The 8th grader should either find someone closer to their own age to have a relationship with or not date at all.
if 7th graders are dating 9th graders it could be ok
Im in 6th and i like an 8th grader and some of my friends seems to be ok with it
No
It depends what the eighth grader sees in the sixth grader. If there is sexual attraction, athletic ability, academic talent...Actually the 6th grader shouldnt be dating at all and why would a 8th grader want to do that unless your just putting words into his her mouth they shouldnt even be around each other in the first place
no no no! big maturity difference i agree, defenitly not!!!!
do NOT worry about popularity and it would if you have crappy friends but if your friends are nice then don't worry about that. also don't worry about what your friends think!
whats the situation here? i can help if i know how you think she likes you. so answer your own question in response to mine
Well most girls like it when you intertwine your hand in hers kind of like folding your hands but with two different peoples hands. And then some girls like it when you just cup the hand. Trust me I'm an 8th grader. And 7th grade was my best year for relationships.
Yes, it can be seen as unusual for a high school freshman to date an 8th grader due to the difference in maturity levels and life experiences between the two age groups. It's important to consider the potential challenges and differences that may arise in such a relationship.
No, due to the fact that they have 2 years maturity gap in between them and it can be toxic to the 6th graders other realtionships if the 8th grader that they are dating is toxic during his or her current relationship with the 6th grader. Sorry to have to say this
Yes it's OK if you have the parents' permission.
If there is a three year age difference it shouldn't be that bad. A lot of adults are separated by a few years. But if an 8th grader should date a 5th grader keep things appropriate. NO SEX!!! but just hang out and have fun.
Yes, the general rule is half + 1. Therefore, if the 8th grader is 14, he can date people around 8 years old without it being "weird". But that's just what people say. Do what you want to do. If both people are about the same level of maturity, it should be fine. good luck! Lol thats stupid question no 6th graders shouldnt be dating in the first place and of course a 6th grader wouldnt be on the same maturity...common sense
of course.not
NO! It is not acceptable! It doesn't matter if the 8th grader that got held back is a boy or girl, it is just weird. But if you think that this 8th grader is worth a shot, go for it!! But don't say I didn't try and warn you.
You can but its odd. people may say things about it, but its who YOU want to date.
you lie and say your an 8th grader and he will kiss you.Or you can just be a 7th grader and not try to be an 8th grader
well try to tell the sixth grader that the 8th grader has a crush on them and then maybe if the 8th grader does something sweet the sixth grader will say yes
is it okay if your in 5th grade but alot of 8th grade boys like you? as in you date an 8th grader? no its not okay date a 5th or 6th for now later on boys will come. :)
