You've got that right! I'm a 65 year old woman and I use my brain every single day and work-out and knew a long time ago that if you don't seek knowledge and listen to other's opinions and are disinterested in learning new things in life then your brain turns to mush and you are more likely to have problems with concentration and have memory loss a lot earlier than expected. Also if you don't exercise you can seize up and it's one ugly scene. I've seen people up to the age of their mid-90's where they are bright as a penny and very active. Most health problems (with the exception of cancer) are due from the lack of good diets and exercise and keeping one's mind alert and ready to learn.
