There is a phenomenon/condition called heteropaternal superfecundation. Whereby a woman who during ovulation releases multiple eggs and is sexually active with more than one partner at the time, each partner could fertilize separate eggs. Technically she would be pregnant with the first partner before the second partner impregnated her. See also the related links below.
