There are several strong ligaments in your lower pelvis that support the joints and organs, during pregnancy they are affected by hormones that allow the uterus to grow and the pelvis to shift slightly to allow the passage of the baby during a vaginal birth.
Most likely the pop was one of those ligaments or joints, the same way some people can hear a pop when they crack their back or knuckles.
If you are experiencing an unusual pain in the area, or fluid leaking from the vagina - contact your doctor or Emergency Room, otherwise mention it to your doctor at your next routine visit.
At six weeks your uterus is approximately the size of a plum!

as long as your not bleeding with the pain everythhing should be ok....its normal to cramp because your uterus is streaching
Bloating during pregnancy is VERY normal. I am 16 weeks pregnant now and some days I still have extreme bloating. Even when I was only 6 or 7 weeks pregnant, I looked much more than that because I was so bloated. It does get better though the further along you get.
Get a 3rd opinion.
I can feel mine at 7 weeks.
