If the spotting is brown blood then this is simply left over blood from your period.
well if you do start your discharge then you will obviously start your period. I personally hav been having my discharge for 2 years but still haven't started my period.
Just tell her. It can be a yeast infection if it is thick, white, and itchy. If it has these symptoms you can buy an over the counter cream to get rid of it. Or it can be part of your cycle. Often women just before their period will have a discharge and this is very normal. Tell her, she will ask you questions about it, and know what to do. If you are not sexually active you are NOT pregnant.
The brown stuff may be your period. Brown or pink discharge is commonly refered to as 'spotting' it is when small amounts of blood mix with your normal vaginal discharge - spotting is often a result of hormonal changes in your body so it may occur as your body is getting ready to start menstruating over the next few months. Spotting can also be the start of your period; your period is when uterus lining sheds, it doesn't all come out in one go so it starts off very light like this and usually ends as spotting like this too. The only way to tell if this is your period or not is to see whether it continues over the next 3-7 days - if it is your period it is likely to get at least a little heavier, if not change from brown discharge to full bleeding. Either way if this is the first time you're seeing something like this let your mom or guardian know that it may be your first period. When you experience spotting like this it's a good idea to put on a liner or a pad, you can also use menstrual cups or softcups, but do not ever use tampons with spotting as there's not enough blood to use tampons safely. Also change your underwear, before putting into the laundry rinse out with cold water and also if stained soak in water with hydrogen peroxide in - your mom or guardian can help you with this.
The discharge can just mean that your hormones are changing, it doesn't necessarily mean that you are going to get your periods. If you already have your periods, the discharge can be from a stage in your menstrual period when your period finish, and eggs are produced. Also, it doesn't matter how long you've had the discharge for, because before I got my periods for the first time, i had it for over 3 years. Hope this helps :)
left over clots from your period mix in with it.... its pefectly normal.
no not normal
This is old blood and most likely is caused by left over blood from your period which has been released. Or it can be caused by infection. Pregnancy has been ruled out because you got a normal period.
Yes hon. Brown discharge is referred to as Old Blood or Implantation Bleeding. It is simply left over blood from your period and and this will settle down shortly. However, its always advised to see your doctor when you experience any bleeding or blood like discharge to make sure everything is ok.
If you have a brown discharge at the end of your period, this typically is just dried/left over blood. It should stop within a few short days after your period. Which is why it's good to wear something like pantiliners, even when you're done with your period.
Its probably normal but if it deepens in color then maybe see a doctor. answer that's left over period blood
If the discharge is cervical mucus then its most likely caused by a infection. See your doctor
If the spotting is brown blood then this is simply left over blood from your period.
it sounds like you may indeed be in the early stages of pregnancy, in which case the sore breasts are normal, faint positives are normal, the brown discharge is even normal! The colour of the discharge is due to the fact that any pregnancy that may be present is gaining weight day by day and in doing so puts pressure on the cervix, which in turn dislodges any old period blood which may be lying around at or beside the cervix.
hi, its normal to have bleeding after pregnancy as your body is getting rid of whats left over(if that makes sense,)the brown discharge either means its finishing or you may have a slight infection like thrush
Towards the end of your period the bleeding will reduce, going from red to spotting (pink or brown discharge) until eventually there is no more blood and menstruation is over.
Brown blood is old blood, basically light flow takes time to leave your body and as it does it becomes brown and mixes with your discharge. This just means that you have a light period or this may be the start of your period. If this is a one off it's nothing to worry about, but if you keep seeing this light flow instead of normal menstrual flow over a few months then see your doctor.
