Both yes and no.
Police like to make their own laws. Technically a marijuana seed is not marijuana, however police can charge a person with intent to distribute marijuana for having nothing but seeds.
Consult Barry cooper, former drug officer of Texas and current marijuana rights expert. Go to nevergetbusted.com or find him on social media.

Yes, marijuana is illegal most all over the world. If you live in a country where it is illegal, it is illegal to have the seeds there. Most sites where you buy seeds disguise the purchase as other purchases. Then again, it's illegal to buy seeds anywhere in the world except a few exceptions.

No, it's not. There has been much controversy over selling seeds over the internet, because it's legal in Canada, but if you are a US citizen and order seeds from Canada, you can get in trouble because those sites aren't supposed to be international. Even if its somewhere other than Canada, you can still get in a lot of legal trouble. I would suggest just buying a gram, picking seeds out of it, and grow those. That's what I do.
No, it's just illegal to grow it, possess it, or possess anything used to smoke it.
If your talking about the legality... Just like with all things Medical Marijuana. Its a conflict. You can legally by seeds just like marijuana, if your legal in your state. Under Federal law its still illegal. Its still schedule one. Until its droped it from schedule one their is still some risk. I guess it depends on who's trying to arrest you :/

It depends on what kind of license you have. There is a license to smoke marijuana and own it, and there is a completely different license to have seeds and grow them. If you are eligible for a smoking license then you should be able to get a growers license as well, but it's a whole new process and they will test you all over again to be sure your need for marijuana is realistic. for more questions email me at Audrie.C.7@gmail.com
