I would rather get 20 ear.Cheek piercings are finicky and can get infected much easier. Ive never had a cheek piercing so i wouldn't know but it sounds quite painful and ears pierced isn't that bad so i would go with ears pierced 20 times

a lot obviously ^ this is not true. How much pain you have depends on you and how sensitive you are. I have my nose pierced and it hurt only during the initial piercing and it wasn't extremely bad..

The lumps on the backs of your ears are called cauliflower ear" this occurs when the skin or dermal layer is torn away from the cartilage and not reattached to the cartilage, the void fills with fluid which crystallizes and forms the lumps you now have.
